For Physicians

Integrating chiropractic services into the mainstream healthcare system has been increasing over the past years. This is a result of ongoing research into effectiveness and cost effectiveness of manual spinal manipulation. See Harvard Medical School Dept of Complimentary and Integrative Medicine

Nashoba Valley Chiropractic has been developing  relationships with members of the local medical community to benefit of our patients and the referring physicians we serve. The primary focus of our practice is the conservative management of neuromusculoskeletal disorders.

We can offer some of the following solutions to increase communication with other health care providers :
     •
Periodically forwarding current research and relevant information to the medical practitioner by mail
     •
We welcome personal contact to build individual relationship and common understanding of the role of chiropractic
in the treatment of NMS conditions

     •
Physicians are encouraged to visit our practice and observe typical patient management
     •
Formal presentations to physicians are available

Upon generating a referral to this office you can expect:
     •
A written initial evaluation and goal oriented treatment plan
     •
Periodic updates of patient progress
     •
Release from active care at the attainment of treatment goals or maximum medical improvement
     •
A collaborative attitude regarding patient management
